The attribution that I found was the credits given to various people and projects listed on the blog:http://apsu23things.blogspot.com/2008/08/thing-23.html
I also noticed that at the very end of the page the site had a "Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License"

It is amazing of how many licenses there are...I can use the Creative Commons licensing to find and share ideas with others legally.
